Victim Relief

We provide:

• food and clothes
• allowance for the elderly
• legal advice
• basic health needs
• education
• connection to resources

The Refuge Foundation will provide relief for orphans, widows and the fatherless in Nigeria when they desperately need it.  During the transitionary time from an unforeseen, unfortunate life event it is appropriate to provide relief to victims.

Empowerment

We provide:

• skill building trainings
• microloans
• full education for children (nursery to high-school)

Often the world’s poor are oppressed and have health challenges simply because they lack basic information that could greatly improve their quality of life.  The Refuge Foundation will demonstrate  the love of Christ by providing basic information that will empower widows, orphans and the fatherless to improve their quality of life.

Comprehensive Aftercare

We provide:

• access to a free clinic
• specialized health treatments

The Refuge Foundation is developing an aftercare program that will include:

• Discipleship
• Economic empowerment through micro funding to foster the development of individual gifts and talents that will encourage economic self reliance.
• Community involvement in accountability relationships.
• Resources to enable orphans and the fatherless to attend school and obtain an education.
